Q: Where is Festival of Trees located?
A: The event will be at the Bayfront Convention Center located at: 1 Sassafras Pier, Erie, PA 16507
Q: Can I buy a ticket at the door, or do I have to buy online?
A: Advanced ticketing is available directly through the Bayfront Convention Center here. To assist, we recommend clicking on General Admission to add your desired tickets. The additional $1 per ticket will be added during the checkout process; there is not a discount for online purchases. Present the QR code on your advanced ticket the day of the event to help expedite the check-in process. Questions about advanced ticketing can be directed to the Bayfront Convention Center.
You can also purchase your tickets at the door. We’ve added additional staffing to help the ticket process run smoothly.
Q: Will there be a Santa experience this year?
A: Yes. Bring your little ones to see Santa! He will be waiting on stage in the Great Hall after you visit the Gallery of Trees.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash or credit cards upon arrival and pre-ordered online tickets.
Q: Does this event benefit a non-profit organization?
A: Yes. Funds from the 2024 Festival of Trees will support the Talent Attraction Program and Children's Miracle Network at AHN Saint Vincent Hospital.
Q: How much does the experience cost?
A: The cost is $10 per adult and $7 per child under 12. Children under 2 are free.
Q. If I want to donate to Festival of Trees, how can I do so?
A. You can visit www.SupportAHN.org/Festival for sponsorship opportunities specific to Festival of Trees, or visit www.SupportAHN.org for a list of additional funding opportunities.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds are not available.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Festival of Trees will be open:
Friday, November 29: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, November 30: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, December 1: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Q: Can we take photos or videos during the event?
A: Yes! Feel free to take as many pictures are you wish.
Q: Will there be a Festival After Dark this year?
A: AHN Saint Vincent is excited to bring back Festival after Dark. Please visit Festival After Dark Info for more information.
Q: Will there be live entertainment this year?
A: Yes. Come and enjoy! Local entertainment will be on the Main Stage in the Gallery of Trees.
Q: Will vendors be present at the event?
A: Yes. The event will feature vendors! Most vendors will be positioned in the Great Hall. There will be a variety of items for all your holiday needs!
Q: Will the Avenue of Baskets return this year?
A: Yes. The Avenue of Baskets will feature in-kind donations from local businesses that you can purchase chances to win. The cost is $10 for 25 tickets.
Q: How can I bid on a professionally decorated tree from the Gallery of Trees?
A: Bid high and bid often on our beautifully auction trees. Bidding will be available online this year at 24Festival.givesmart.com.
