Your gift helps ensure that hospice, palliative care and bereavement support are available for all and enables us to provide quality, compassionate care for patients and their families. AHN Hospice & Palliative Care gratefully accepts donations in honor or memory of a friend or loved one.

To include memorial gifts to AHN Hospice & Palliative Care in your loved one's obituary, use the following sample language:

"In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests making a memorial gift in support of AHN Hospice & Palliative Care. To give online, please visit supportAHN.org/hospice. Checks made payable to 'Allegheny Health Network' with 'AHN/Memory of (insert loved one’s name)' can be mailed to:

When a memorial donation in any denomination is received, a thank-you letter is sent to the donor stating the gift amount, which the donor may need for tax purposes. If desired, a letter is also sent to a family member(s) of the person being memorialized, so they will know the names of those who have remembered their loved one.
