Support the Center for Inclusion Health
The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Center for Inclusion Health (CIH) within the AHN Medicine Institute delivers compassionate, low-barrier care to people often excluded from traditional health systems, including those experiencing homelessness, addiction, incarceration and food insecurity.
Grounded in harm reduction and trauma-informed care, our multidisciplinary teams meet patients where they are — on the streets, in clinics, in jail, through mobile units and alongside community partners. Your support helps fund programs like Urban Health Outreach, Addiction Medicine, LGBTQ+ Health, Intimate Partner Violence, Healthy Food Centers, Immigrant and Refugee Health and more, helping to create a more equitable health system for all.
"I finally felt like I was treated like a person when I met with the addiction team. It meant a lot to me, not just from a medical care perspective, but because I was not judged but listened to." - CIH Patient
